    Each class of the four part series will feature a meat and vegetable dish to be prepared and served with injera bread. Injera is an East African sourdough flatbread with unique, slightly spongy texture. the bread is a staple food in Ethiopia and Eritrea, where it is served with almost every meal.
    The last class on November 9th will feature two vegetarian dishes and how to make injera. You may sign up for the four part series or individual dates.
